Digital Printing

With the help of our “DTG” printer DG Promotions offers a cost effective way to print full color 4 color process prints and solid spot colors to t-shirts, sports shirts, caps and other promotional items using Epson inkjet heads and a specially formulated water based textile ink. Once heat-set with a heat press or tunnel dryer, you have wash fast and bright prints that last just like a screen printed garment. The DTG allows DG Promotions to offer low minimums with no set ups providing artwork is supplied. |
Digital Heat Transfers

With the help of our HP digital press we can now offer high volume production of 4 color process prints on light colored garments. No Screens needed. We simply print your image and transfer to your garment with no heavy heat transfer feel. Ask for your sample today. |
